Do you always send the same helper to my home?
Yes, allowing for staff sickness and holidays we believe that consistency is very important. It allows your helper to get to know your likes and dislikes and builds a strong working relationship.
Do you have a minimum call time, and does it have to be a regular service?
Yes. We offer weekly, fortnightly and one-off visits with a minimum stay of 1 hour.
Do you hold insurance?
Yes, we hold a full insurance to ensure you as our client and our staff are always fully covered.
